We call these websites, products and communities the Services in this notice.
Depending on how you use the Services, we collect:
identity and contact data, such as your name, business email address, telephone number, country and organization;
account data, such as login details, verification records, memberships, permissions and preferences;
transaction data, such as products, subscriptions, invoices, payment status, tax information and refund records;
service data, such as course registrations, progress, certificates, job listings, event submissions, resource downloads and support requests;
communication data, such as email, meeting and complaint content;
marketing data, such as newsletter choices, campaign source, engagement and objections;
technical data, such as IP address, browser, device, request, security and usage information;
business and professional data from public sources, licensed datasets, customers and partners for InfraIntent;
content that you submit through forms or interactive features.
Stripe collects complete payment-card details. We do not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.
We collect personal data:
directly from you when you register, purchase, subscribe, download, submit, contact us or attend a service;
automatically when you use a Service;
from your organization or another person who registers you for training;
from sponsors and business partners;
from public professional sources and licensed business-data providers;
from payment, email, security and infrastructure providers.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, our interests include operating and securing the Services, improving our products, supporting business relationships and promoting relevant services. We consider the nature of the data, your reasonable expectations and the possible effect on you.
Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Learnk8s Ltd can combine information from the Services to:
recognize an existing account or business relationship;
understand which content, topics and services are useful;
improve products and editorial decisions;
prevent duplicate or unwanted communication;
measure campaigns and service performance;
identify relevant products, training or sponsorship opportunities;
produce aggregated market intelligence.
We do not treat one privacy choice as consent for every purpose. Newsletter consent, sponsor disclosure and other choices remain specific to their stated purpose.
InfraIntent uses public and licensed business information, including company information and job descriptions, to provide company-level market intelligence. It can also use aggregated signals from the Services to identify trends and improve company-level analysis.
InfraIntent customers do not receive individual newsletter activity, resource-download history, private communications or personal email addresses from other Services. We disclose personal data only when this notice, a collection notice or the law permits it.
We send newsletters when you ask to receive them. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link.
We can send relevant direct marketing to corporate contacts when we rely on legitimate interests. We identify ourselves and provide a simple way to object. We apply additional consent rules where electronic-marketing law requires them.
You can unsubscribe or object to direct marketing at any time. We retain the minimum information necessary to honor an objection and prevent future unwanted contact.
Some resources are funded by sponsors. If we share your information with a sponsor, the collection page identifies the sponsor and describes the sharing before you submit the form. The sponsor processes the information under its own privacy notice.
Where consent is required, we request it. In other cases, we rely on a lawful basis that applies to the specific campaign. We do not share gated-content leads with an undisclosed sponsor.
We use business email addresses to create matched audiences on advertising platforms, including LinkedIn. We share the addresses in hashed form so the platform can match them to user accounts and show relevant LearnKube content, products, services or events.
Hashing makes the identifiers pseudonymous. It does not make them anonymous. Advertising platforms process the information under their own privacy notices and data-processing terms.
You can object to this use at any time by contacting privacy@learnkube.com.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand traffic and service performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies for its analytics measurements. Cloudflare can process technical data such as IP address, browser, device and request information.
The Services can use cookies or similar storage when they are necessary for login, security, preferences, purchases or requested features. We request consent before using non-essential cookies where the law requires consent.
Some pages contain links or user-activated content from other services. Those services apply their own privacy notices when you visit or activate them.
We use CleanTalk to assess email-address and IP-address reputation. Our current integration sends SHA-256 hashes of email addresses and IP addresses to CleanTalk. CleanTalk uses these pseudonymous identifiers to return spam and reputation information.
We use this information to protect forms, downloads, accounts and communications from spam, fraud and abuse. You can contact us if you believe that an automated spam decision was incorrect.
Learnk8s Pte Ltd is the seller for online purchases across the Services. It uses Stripe to process payments, subscriptions, invoices and refunds.
Stripe collects payment details and can process them as a service provider and as an independent controller for its own legal duties. Stripe's processing is subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy.
Learnk8s Pte Ltd shares purchase and customer information with Learnk8s Ltd when necessary to deliver the purchased service and provide support.
We use these principal service providers:
We can also disclose personal data to:
a sponsor identified when you submit a sponsored form;
instructors, contractors and suppliers who help us deliver a Service;
professional advisers, auditors, insurers and authorities;
a purchaser or successor if a business transfer occurs;
another recipient when you direct or authorize us to make the disclosure;
law-enforcement bodies, courts or regulators when the law requires disclosure.
Service providers can process personal data only for the agreed services and under applicable data-protection terms.
The Services operate internationally. Learnk8s Ltd is in the United Kingdom, and Learnk8s Pte Ltd is in Singapore. Our service providers can process data in other countries.
When data-protection law requires a transfer safeguard, we use an approved mechanism. This can include adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another legally recognized safeguard.
Contact privacy@learnkube.com for information about the safeguard that applies to a transfer.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose described in this notice. We consider:
the duration of an account, subscription, course, campaign or business relationship;
legal, tax, accounting and reporting duties;
security, fraud-prevention and dispute requirements;
limitation periods for legal claims;
your choices, objections and deletion requests;
whether aggregated or anonymized information can replace identifiable data.
We can retain transaction and invoice records after a service ends when tax or company law requires retention. We retain a minimal suppression record after an unsubscribe or marketing objection.
Backups follow controlled retention cycles. Data can remain in a backup until that backup expires, unless the law requires earlier action.
We use technical and organizational controls that are appropriate to the nature and risk of the personal data. These controls include access restrictions, authentication, encryption where appropriate, backups, monitoring and supplier controls.
No internet or storage system is completely secure. Contact us promptly if you believe that your account or personal data is at risk.
Depending on the law that applies, you can ask us to:
provide access to your personal data;
correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
erase personal data;
restrict processing;
provide portable data;
stop processing based on legitimate interests;
stop direct marketing;
review relevant automated decisions;
explain how we use and share your personal data.
You can also withdraw consent at any time. The right to object to direct marketing is absolute.
Send a request to privacy@learnkube.com. We can request information that is necessary to confirm your identity. We do not charge a fee unless the law permits one.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your local data-protection authority.
Send a data-protection complaint to privacy@learnkube.com. Include the Service, the relevant dates and a clear description of your concern.
We will:
acknowledge your complaint within 30 days;
investigate it appropriately;
keep you informed about its progress;
communicate the outcome without undue delay;
explain your right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office or another applicable authority.
The complaint owner for LearnKube records the complaint, relevant evidence, actions, dates and outcome.
The Services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child under 16 without the authorization required by applicable law. Contact us if you believe that a child supplied personal data without the required authorization.
We update this notice when our Services, providers or legal duties change. We show the current date at the top of the notice. If a change materially affects how we use personal data, we provide additional notice where appropriate.
